Nice stay.

Location was amazing! Food store just 100m away plus eateries every 20m. It was so close to everything that we didn't use the metro just walked. Cleaning lady was very helpful. Good with heating since weather was rainy.

Noise noise noise from a street! Please, install new soundproof windows as those you have now are just a piece of thin old glass. We could sleep only with A/C (looked more like an air cleaner) on max and it was no fun but better than shoutings and loud arguings from the outside.

wonderful location and very charming and quirky accomodation.

check in is late - 16:00, although it was good that we were allowed to drop off luggage. No breakfast things. did find some cigarette butts under the couch which was not so nice, but apart from.that the flat was very clean.

Very good location and value.

Very good location and value. Staff was polite, but some trouble in English. All kitchen equipment.

It is all in common space - one room and kitchen. Additional bed for children was broken, we can use it. TV problems.

Location of this apartment is excelent.

We were trying to comunicate with manager of that apartment because TV were broken. Unfortunetly no answer. We asked maid to help us also no result.

The property’s location is great.

The property’s location is great. Incredibly close to the Louvre and the Seine. We only stayed one evening but it was spacious enough for six of us to stay. Easy to check in as a code for the key box was sent to us in advance. The apartment does need some updating as there were missing lightbulbs and some aesthetic areas which need a revamp. Overall, it was a great location in Paris and would be good for a night or two sightseeing in the city.

Location and space we excellent.

Furniture Dated. Kitchen utensils was dirty. Washing machine washing powder inlet was dirty. WiFi was unavailable because LAN cable was unplugged. TV controller part falling off. Entrance door to building slamming whole night. Shower head holder feel off. No lift.

The laocation was very good.

The laocation was very good. The room was clean. Facility was ready to use.

Very poor communication. I tried to contact the apartment many times but the owner never replied the mail. No body answer the phone. The office was far away and if you ask to bring the key to the apartment, extra 40 EUR was charged. While we were staying, one family arrived at the apartment late in the evening. They said they informed the owner in advance, but no one ever assisted them to check-in, they were literary lost. So irresponsible!

They don't have the slightest idea on how to treat their guests!

It is well located near Louvre museum and Notre Dame

Their customer attention was terrible! We were trying for ages to request checking in early, and their responsiveness was near null. We had to leave our luggage at some other place. Only the very day of our checking-in, we got some responsiveness and instructions on how to get to the apartment. The pictures on booking don't match the actual apartment which is, let say, merely functional at most. We requested more towels (we didn't have enough) and these never arrived. They didn't give us the WiFi code, and I had to ask the three contacts I had, and only one of them replied with a wrong password (that gave me the hint to guess the right one). It is a very old house, terrible stairs to climb with suitcases and a single room with beds there, and a little kitchen (in the same room). 30 sq. metres or probably less. The floors can be 50 years old or more. I've been to all kinds of accommodations, from very cheap AirBnBs to 5+ stars for work and leisure. I don't have a high threshold of needs and expectations. But this one I won't advice to anyone, in particular regarding their customer (in)attention.

Poor owner communication ruined our trip

Booking was for one apartment but were told at last minute that they could only put us in a different unit in a different part of town. Owners did not send email regarding arrival until same day as check-in.
